Are you really open 24-hours?
Yes. We will always be open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff hours are 12-7pm, Mon-Thurs. / Saturday 11am-430pm
Where are you located exactly?
Our gym is located right next to Jo-Ann Fabrics in the Denbigh Shopping Center.
Is this gym only for bodybuilding?
This gym is open to anyone wanting to improve their health. Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Weight loss, etc. You won’t find any judgment or discrimination here, unlike other places.

Will there be classes available?
To keep our gym free of distractions and improve space, we decided that fitness classes will not be featured here at all.
The music sucks at other gyms...
We prefer metal and rap on our playlists, but we’re always open to suggestions.

Yes we do.
